my story

My name is Georgi, I am the proud owner of Whiskee Business, also a proud member of the Hampshire farmers markets! From an early age I have been passionate about anything creative, this quickly developed into cookery, specifically patisserie, its a technical yet beautiful skill that inspires me everyday how you can turn basic ingredients into such amazing tasty creations of art. It's been my passion for years to start my own business so I can share my delicious treats with others. I am a one woman team based in Ringwood, Hampshire and I bake from my kitchen at home as my start my business venture with hopes to one day have my own dream shop.

I did professional cookery at Bournemouth college and I am currently doing my level 3 patisserie and confectionary course at Brockenhurst college.

For the last 3 years I have worked in professional kitchens so I know how important it is to keep to a safe practice, I have my level 2 food hygiene and safety, allergy awareness and HACCP qualifications so I am making sure I am working to a high and safe standard at all times, I have a 5 star food hygiene rating from the food standard agency.

my services

I provide bespoke cakes or treat boxes for birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, weddings, parties or even if you just want to enjoy your treats at home!

If you have a larger party and require a big order please ensure plenty of time for this to be organised.

Products can be collected or I can provide a delivery service. Free delivery for those in and around Ringwood, a small fee varies for other locations, drop me a message and I can let you know any delivery costs.

I also can be found at local market stalls, as the dates vary, I will post on my social media as and when I will be taking part in one!

Please note that as I am the only baker, I can only take on so much work, I feel quality is more important than quantity as happy customers is what I strive for, so the more notice given the better, at least 2- 3 weeks. You can always pop me a message to see what availability I have.

my suppliers

I believe that good quality, sustainable and organic ingredients are important for high quality products that are better for you and the environment, I use as organic and locally sourced ingredients as possible. I like to use the following ingredients:

Meggy Moo's milk & cream produced by free range cows in Dorset

Organic butter from Yeo Valley in Somerset.

Organic flour & baking powder from Doves farm in Salisbury.

Free range organic eggs from Fluffet's Farm in Fordingbridge.

Fruit, nuts and jam from my local grocer in Ringwood.

Its difficult to be 100% organic with chocolate and sugar, but I make sure to put quality and sustainability first, so I only buy natural unrefined sugar from the UK which is a better alternative to caster sugar. I use Callebaut chocolate, they are high quality and big on sustainability

Celebration cake prices will vary on size & layers,

choose you cake size (6", 8", 10" and 12"), and how many layers you would like.

A guide price on a 6 inch, 3 layer cake is £45.

A 12 inch 4 layer cake is £95.

Price could vary depending on your requirement's/decoration.

Boxes of 6 items will be one flavour, boxes of 12 can be a choice of 2 flavours and boxes of 24 can be a choice of up to 3 flavours.

As I am a new small business I want to celebrate and offer anyone who orders something until the end of March, will be able to get 15% off their next purchase!

frosting & filling flavours for cakes

TYPE- Butter cream, whipped buttercream, Italian meringue, chantilly cream, chocolate ganache, whipped chocolate ganache or cream cheese frosting

FLAVOURS - vanilla, milk/dark chocolate, strawberry, caramel, lemon, mint, coffee, peanut butter, white chocolate, orange, lemon, coconut, funfetti, banoffee & caramel.

JAM - Strawberry, Blackcurrant & raspberry.

Cake toppers

I use recyclable cake toppers, so will need enough time to order in the products you need, especially if you would like one personalised.

Prices vary so this can be discussed when creating your order, I can also create personalised toppers.

I can decorate with dried flowers, agin this will need to be ordered in and all you need to do is choose a colour scheme.
